Iām Tim Ward. In my years as a design leader I saw that highly collaborative teams solve problems better. I also found that the best way for teams to become more collaborative is by working on problems together.
Creating the ideal conditions for collaboration and helping teams to work together on a challenge can change their culture in a very short space of time. And the very best way I've found of doing this is through workshops based on design thinking principles.
